CUSTOM CYCLE CONTROL SYSTEMS
In our opinion by far the most streamlined, state-of-the-art handlebar/control system for a custom motorcycle. Not sacrificing any functions of standard controls, this system was developed after years of research by Custom Cycle Controls to hides all wires, cables, hoses, master cylinder reservoirs and (brake & clutch). No handlebar system looks cleaner on any motorcycle, stock to street bikes to choppers, there is nothing visible above the top plate of the triple tree.
The system can be sold "switchless" (controls will include the hi/low beam & front brake light switch) or complete: the system will include both controls with a total of 7 micro switches (on/off, start, turn signals, horn, high/low beam), a choice of 7 handlebars designs in 1 1/4" (with or without gauges, and in different rises, width & pull back) a choice of 3 different grips styles, stainless steel braided Goodridge hoses cut at 6 feet from connections, all hardware necessary.
Components included: handlebars & risers- left & right control bodies- both fluid reservoirs- hi/low beam switch (no relay required)- start switch- left turn switch- right turn switch- on/off switch- horn switch- lever activated taillight switch- riser mount kit- levers, spacers, chrome nuts & bolts- dual cable internal throttle assembly- integrated throttle lock- stainless braided clutch & brake hose- 18 AWG switch wiring- clutch & brake master cylinders- grips.
All systems(handlebars, controls, hoses, grips) are assembled, ready to install. Before ordering, choose first your handlebars & grips style.If not using CCCS bars you will have to use bars with a 1 1/4 OD to slide controls over to lock your CCCS controls onto.
