International customers must call 724-662-0581 for shipping charges in order to process there product order correctly.International Orders placed online will not be fulfilled until contact with Vicious Cycle Works LLC.for shipping charges that will be applied in your orders total cost.

Please be advised that purchasing a product through our automated store that clearly demands our sales staff collecting and discussing your motorcycles specifications will not be shipped and you will be notified. Custom wheels ,frontends and frames demand custom specifications that apply to a customers specific application. We make every attempt to make sure you get what is correct for your application. We list our email and contact information on every page of our online store.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

International Customers

International customers please contact us at 724-662-0581 for shipping costs for purchases over Four hundred dollars. We reserve the right to not ship any product internationally if our policies are not followed for purchasing at our online store.

All international sales are final and not returnable .It is a motorcycle builders responsibilty to order the correct parts the first time. A 20 percent re-stocking fee will be applied to any returned products after contacting Vicious Cycle Works llc. about any potential return, do not send any products to us unless issued a return authorization number. Return / Refund Policy

Please be advised when buying motorcycle parts from our site,it is your responsibility to insure you order the correct parts for your motorcycle any products that have to be manufactured to fit your motorcycle you cannot return due to you the customer ordering the wrong parts for your motorcycle. Do not return any parts without a return authorization number from us, the products will not be accepted. Contact us within 5 days of receipt of your product for any potential return. NO returns on items that we import from outside the USA for resale. Any returned products shipped to the manufacturer or Vicious Cycle Works will be paid for by the customer who ordered it. We will not accept any returns on electrical components. We will not accept into any consideration the return of a Custom made product such as wheels, frames, exhausts and frontends or any other product that was special order or custom made. . Products shipped by manufacturers are inspected before shipping by the manufacturer, if you have an issue with your product we will help put you in touch with the manufacturer for there warranty procedures and we will help you resolve the issue. Vicious Cycle Works llc. is not responsible for any manufacturers warranty procedure or product liability. All manufacturers warranty policies are there policy and have to be followed to resolve any issues with a product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Poduct Developement

In the event Vicioucs Cycle Works llc. introduces 1 or more companies or entities in contact with each other verbally or written to promote either companies service or product in devolopement or furthering there sales, we require a small fee of $1000.00. After delivery of initial order or delivery of sales from initial order Vicious Cycle Works llc. has the right to relinquish all rights to any further business with those companies or entities involved. Verbal cancellation will be initiated after initial order is shipped and Vicious Cycle Works llc. business with the entities or companies invovled will be terminated at that point.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

CANCELLED ORDERS OR RETURNS

Cancelled orders will be subject to a 12% fee based on the orders sale cost.. All orders returned will be subject to a 23% re-stocking fee unless a replacement product is sent out for the returned item. We will make every attempt to resolve any issues before passing on a Re-stocking fee or an order cancellation fee.

Prices

Goods are charged at current manufacturers pricing for that product. Pricing is always subject to change and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication, this does not mean that prices dont change. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our current manufacturers prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be charged at our manufacturers current pricing for any item you purchase. We make every attempt to make it crystal clear that you know the price before purchasing when you order over the telephone. Any internet purchase will be at the listed price unless the product is a custom product that requires us to get your motorcycles specifications.We reserve the right to not ship any product that is not purchased under our purchasing guidlines.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
