Why build a $30,000 plus bike and put a set of bars that cost $130 on it?  These are truly a superior product for your custom ride.  Chromoly tubing is an alloy of metals that create a stronger and lighter product then carbon steel.  Its properties also result in a much smoother finish so that the chroming process is superior to the carbon steels finish.  Our chopper bars are Tig welded, not Mig or Arc welded.  The Tig process welds the material completely through to the other side for a much superior weld creating a bond so strong the metal will bend between the welds before the welds break.  The hand control portion of our bars are rosette welded so there is no visible welds whatsoever in that area creating seamless joints.  The riser and pullback portions are Tig welded and polished smooth before chrome.  These are truly a superior chopper handlebar for your custom ride.
